Ek, ondergetekende, doen hiermee aansoek om lidmaatskap van bogenoemde Rolbalklub en sou ek aanvaar word, onderneem ek dat ek my sal neerlê by die Reëls en Regulasies van die Klub, Rolbal.

I hereby apply for membership of the above-mentioned Bowling Club. Should I be accepted, I undertake to comply by the Rules and Regulations of the Club, Bowls Gauteng North (BGN) and Bowls SA (BSA).






    Ek aanvaar hierby die terme om aansoek te doen as lid van Centurion Rolbal Klub, en deur die voltooing van hierdie vorm, dit gesien word as my digitale handtekening / I hereby accept the terms of applying as a member of Centurion Bowls Club, and by completing this vorm, it becomes my digital signature.
